ISO 9001-2000 REGISTRATION
RACINE, WISCONSIN, USA, July 30, 2003 - Wisconsin Plating
Works of Racine, Inc. has upgraded their Quality Management System from
ISO 9002-1994 to ISO 9001-2000. Auditors from Perry Johnson Registrars,
Inc. of Southfield, Michigan conducted a registration audit on 7/17/2003
and have certified that Wisconsin Plating's Quality Management System
complies with the revised standard.
This international quality certification makes Wisconsin
Plating part of a minority of North American companies to accomplish
this honor, as only 1% of United States manufacturers have earned this
designation.
Wisconsin Plating, established in 1919, is a third generation
family owned and operated commercial job shop metal finisher specializing
in electroplating of Zinc, Zinc/Cobalt, Zinc/Nickel, Tin, Copper, Nickel,
and Chrome.
